1. You are giving up your 14-day right to cancel

This is the most important thing on this page, so it is first.

Buying a course online normally gives you 14 days to change your mind and get a full refund. Because this course is digital and you get access the moment you pay, the law lets you have that access straight away only if you agree to give up that right.

By ticking the box at checkout you are asking for immediate access, and you accept that once the course is made available to you, you lose your 14-day right to cancel for a refund.

If you would rather keep the 14-day right, do not buy. Email hello@clickclick.video and we will arrange access after the 14 days instead.

This does not affect your rights if something is faulty. See section 6.

2. Who you are buying from

Trader
Clickclick Video Marketing Ltd
Company number

3. What you are buying

The UGC Content Creator Certification: 8 modules and 32 lessons covering hooks, scripting, filming, editing, analytics, pricing and client contracts.

Price: £149, including any applicable tax. One payment, no subscription, nothing recurring.

The course is self-paced and self-marked. Nobody reviews or grades your work, and there is no tutor. You mark each lesson done yourself once you have passed its check.

4. How you get access, and for how long

After payment we email you an access code, normally within one working day. You use it at academy.clickclick.video.

Access lasts 12 months from the day the code is issued.

The code is for you. Do not share it or resell it. If a code is shared, we may withdraw access without a refund.

5. Refunds

Because of section 1, there is no automatic right to a refund once the course has been made available to you.

Our full position is on the refunds and cancellation page.

6. If something is faulty

Nothing on this page affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the course is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, contact us and we will put it right.

7. Complaints

Email hello@clickclick.video and we aim to reply within 2 working days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can contact Consumerline, the consumer advice service for Northern Ireland.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and disputes may be dealt with by the courts of Northern Ireland.
