Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 16 September 2026

Your 14-day cancellation right

If you buy a course online as a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days to change your mind and get a full refund. That is your right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

There is one exception, and it applies here.

Why you are asked to give it up

The course is digital and you get access the moment you pay. The law says that if you want access straight away, before those 14 days are up, you have to agree to give up the cancellation right in exchange.

That is why there is a tick box at checkout. It is not pre-ticked, and you have to tick it yourself before you can pay. It says:

I want access straight away, and I understand that once the course is made available to me I lose my 14-day right to cancel for a refund.

If something is faulty

Nothing on this page affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the course is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right.
